These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all content, services, and products provided by Debbie Lucas Ltd (“the Company”). By accessing this website or purchasing any services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage with the Company’s offerings.

1. Website Use and Intellectual Property

1.1 All content on this site is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

1.2 You may download materials for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

a) Modify, reproduce, or redistribute the materials

b) Use them for commercial purposes

c) Reverse engineer or decompile any site elements

d) Remove copyright or proprietary notices

e) Mirror this site or its content on another platform

1.3 Violation of these terms automatically terminates your access and requires you to destroy any downloaded content.

2. Courses, Programs, Subscriptions, and Services

2.1 All courses, programs, subscriptions, and services offered by the Company are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 Access is granted for the duration of the service’s stated availability. If the Company discontinues a service, reasonable notice will be provided along with access to any remaining entitled resources where applicable.

2.3 Bonuses or supplementary materials offered at enrolment may be changed or removed at the Company’s discretion at any time.

2A. Live and Private Support Services

2A.1 Certain services offered by the Company involve live or semi-live private support, including but not limited to one-to-one sessions and messaging-based coaching.

2A.2 These services are provided for coaching, reflective, and personal development purposes only. They are not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or crisis support.

2A.3 The Company does not guarantee any specific outcome or result. Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and interpretations arising from the support provided.

2A.4 The Company does not make decisions on behalf of clients and does not assume responsibility for choices made following any session or communication.

2A.5 The Company reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate a service at its discretion if the service becomes unsuitable, boundaries are breached, or continued delivery is not appropriate. In such cases, refunds will be considered at the Company’s discretion only.

3. The Alchemy Hour

3.1 The Alchemy Hour is a one-off, private 60-minute coaching session, delivered live online via Zoom or an equivalent platform.

3.2 The session is intended to focus on one specific issue, decision, or pattern identified by the client.

3.3 The Alchemy Hour does not include follow-up support, additional contact, or ongoing access unless a separate service is purchased.

3.4 Sessions must be attended at the scheduled time. Missed sessions, late arrivals, or unused sessions are not refundable.

3.5 By booking the Alchemy Hour, you confirm that you are ready for a focused session and understand the scope and boundaries of the service.

3.6 By booking the Alchemy Hour, you acknowledge that the service is considered to commence at the point of booking, as time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellation or non-attendance does not entitle you to a refund.

3.7 One reschedule request may be permitted at the Company’s discretion, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Additional rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and may be declined.

4. Voice Note Coaching

4.1 Voice Note Coaching is a four-week private coaching service delivered via WhatsApp.

4.2 Communication takes place within one private WhatsApp thread. WhatsApp is a third-party platform, and the Company is not responsible for outages, delays, or data handling by Meta or its affiliates.

4.3 Clients may send messages at any time. Responses are provided up to two times per business day, Monday to Friday, between 10:00am and 4:00pm (UK time).

4.4 Messages are not monitored outside these hours. There is no evening, weekend, or holiday access.

4.5 Responses may be delivered via voice note or brief written message at the Company’s discretion.

4.6 Voice Note Coaching does not include live calls, Zoom sessions, crisis support, emergency availability, business strategy, or therapy.

4.7 This service is not intended for emotional dependency, continuous reassurance, or crisis management.

4.8 The Company reserves the right to pause or terminate the service if boundaries are breached, misuse occurs, or the service becomes unsuitable.

5. Fees, Payment, and EU Consumer Rights

5.1 All services are paid in full upfront at the price listed on the applicable sales page.

5.2 In accordance with EU consumer law, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period for digital services unless delivery begins immediately.

5.3 By purchasing any live or private support service (including the Alchemy Hour or Voice Note Coaching), you expressly request immediate delivery of the service and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right to cancel once delivery has begun.

5.4 Once a service has commenced, all sales are final and no refunds are provided.

6. Participation and Responsibility

6.1 By engaging with any service or product, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.

6.2 While the founder of the Company holds certifications in social work, NLP, hypnosis, counselling skills, and numerology, all services are provided for personal insight and development only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

6.3 You are responsible for assessing your own readiness and suitability for participation.

6.4 The Company does not guarantee outcomes and does not accept liability for decisions made by clients following any service.

6.5 The Company does not make decisions for clients or direct specific actions. Responsibility remains with the client at all times.

6.6 The Company does not hold formal astrology qualifications. All astrological content is based on personal study, lived experience, and intuitive interpretation and should be received as reflective insight only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1 All materials and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7.2 The Company makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, any service or content.

9. Revisions and Content Accuracy

9.1 The Company may update, revise, or remove content at any time without notice and does not guarantee completeness or ongoing availability.

10. External Platforms and Links

10.1 The Company is not responsible for the content, availability, or security of third-party platforms or websites linked from this site, including WhatsApp and Zoom.

11. Modifications to Terms

11.1 These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the current version.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
