Terms & Conditions for Amplify App

Effective Date: 3 November 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use the Amplify mobile app (“Amplify,” “the app,” “we,” or “us”), owned and operated by Debbie Lucas Ltd.

By downloading, accessing, or using Amplify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not continue using the app.

1. Eligibility

Amplify is designed for users aged 18 and over. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.


2. Access & Subscriptions

Amplify is a paid service available through monthly, annual, or lifetime subscription. All subscription types give you full access to the content included at your chosen tier.

All payments are processed securely through our website via Stripe or another approved payment processor. We do not process or store your card details directly.

Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account profile, either on the website or in the in-app client portal. If you need help or encounter any issues, you can contact us at [email protected].

If you choose to cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a partial refund for the remainder of the period, and your subscription will not renew once that period ends.


3. Refunds

Once a subscription is confirmed, access is provided immediately. Refunds are not offered. If you cancel your subscription, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Please ensure you’re comfortable with this before confirming your subscription through your app store.


4. Your Account & Data

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login details. Sharing your access with others is not permitted.

If we believe your account has been shared or used in breach of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate access without notice.

Account information is managed within the app and is not linked to any external sales or payment systems.

5. Content Ownership

All content within Amplify — including audio, video, meditations, journaling prompts, written materials, and visual designs — remains the intellectual property of Debbie Lucas Ltd.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own wellbeing and self-development. Reproduction, distribution, or resale of content is not permitted without written consent from Debbie Lucas Ltd.


6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the app for unlawful or harmful purposes.

- Attempt to copy, alter, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the app.

- Interfere with the app’s performance or the experience of other users.

- Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.


7. Participation & Disclaimer

7.1 By using Amplify, you accept full responsibility for your experience and engagement with its content.

7.2 While Debbie Lucas holds qualifications in social work, NLP, hypnosis, counselling skills, and numerology, the materials offered through Amplify are intended for personal reflection and spiritual development only.

7.3 Nothing in the app constitutes medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice or treatment.

7.4 You are responsible for assessing your own readiness to engage with the content. Debbie Lucas Ltd makes no guarantees of specific outcomes or results.

7.5 By using Amplify, you release Debbie Lucas Ltd from any liability related to your use of the app or its content.


8. Termination

You may end your subscription at any time by cancelling through your account profile on the website or in the in-app client portal. When you cancel, your access will remain active until the end of your current subscription period. No partial refunds are provided.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who breach these Terms. If your access is terminated due to a breach, you will not be entitled to any refund.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be handled exclusively by the Scottish courts.


10. Updates to These Terms

We may occasionally update these Terms to reflect changes to the app or legal requirements. Updates will appear within the app, and continued use indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
